Sun Tzu said, "Strategy without tactics is the slowest route to victory, however Tactics without strategy is the noise before defeat." An action plan helps turn big ideas into tactics. Without one, plans can feel confusing and hard to follow. By breaking down tasks, setting deadlines, and figuring out who's responsible for what, the action plan makes sure everyone knows what to do. This makes teamwork easier and helps get things done faster. Tactics focus us on the most important tasks first. Helping our team use their time and energy wisely. Action plans set an expectation to check in on the plan regularly and to make changes as needed. Keeping things on track, even when things don't go as expected.
