I enjoy coaching young adults as they figure out who they are in a professional setting. My best advice is to align your passion with a market demand where people are willing to pay for the value you provide. But how do we figure out that passion? The assessments are good. I like the DISC. But the real knowledge of who you are comes from your experiences. What do you love to do and others keep telling you that you do it spectacularly? Pursue that area! Move in the direction of your gifts and continuously further refine your skills. As you do you become more marketable in loving what you do. I love what I do, probably more than 95% of people on the planet, but it took time, and several positions to figure out and to master my skills.
