As a young professional, two things steered me in this direction. First, I was often bored at work. After mastering my job, I sought new challenges. Unfortunately, instead of being offered more stimulating tasks, I remained stagnant in the same position. This prompted me to seek other opportunities. Secondly, as I moved, I reflected on the aspects of my work that ignited my passion. The best consultants are those who find their work both challenging and enjoyable. It’s in this sweet spot that we can make the most significant impact and deliver the utmost value to our clients
